“Daniel built a new wood porch for me for an 1890's home where the previous owner had poured concrete which we had removed. Firstly, PRB were not the cheapest quote i received however through my interactions with Daniel i could tell he was detailed and thorough and this gave me piece of mind the job would be done well. I have learned with contractors having piece of mind that you are getting quality work is worth paying more for! We are very pleased with the work, professionalism and the overall service. He returned calls promptly, answered my questions and made a quote revision promptly. He arrived when he said he would and worked professionally and efficiently in completing the work. The turnaround time for the project to get started was about 4 weeks which was reasonable in my experience with other contractors.
